Consider me disabused. Hot/cold/hot/cold does not affect the flavor profile of beer. It’s all about UV exposure. I mean, I knew about UV exposure dorking things up, but also worried about the old warm/cold/warm/cold cycle. Guess it’s cool to leave my beer in the warm car…so long as I put up the windshield shade.

Here’s the end result. 2012B01 A.K.A. Black Squirrel Nutter. She’s lovely, brown, and crisp/sweet with a moderate nuttiness.
