How is this person allowed to stand behind a coffee counter and NOT know the difference between a cappuccino and a latte? What is next. Mayhap not knowing the difference between baseball and cricket? Egads!
The truly unfortunate thing is that this cup of warm, coffee-flavored milk doesn’t even really qualify for latte status. That’s what I get for ordering something other than Colombian, black.

LOL. If Starbucks would take over the in-house cafe at work I’d probably be down with it at this point.
